Return & Exchange Policy

At Rangpur Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a request.


1. Eligible Items for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

✅ The product arrived damaged or defective

✅ You received the wrong product

✅ The product is significantly different from what was described


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Perishable goods (fresh fruits, vegetables, honey, homemade achar, snacks) — unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival

❌ Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

❌ Items returned after 3 days of delivery


3. Time Limit for Return Requests

- Non-perishable products: Within 3 days of delivery

- Perishable/food products: Within 24 hours of delivery (with photo proof)


4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp within the eligible time period.

Step 2: Provide your Order ID, photos of the product and a brief description of the issue.

Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Step 4: If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to send the item back.

Step 5: Replacement or refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.


5. Refund Policy

- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer).

- Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed via bKash or Nagad.

- Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.

- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are available for non-perishable items only.

- The replacement product will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged:

- Take clear photos immediately upon opening the package.

- Contact us within 24 hours at [email protected] or WhatsApp.

- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as applicable.
